Transit Securement System

If your wheelchair is equipped with a transit securement system, it is equipped with manufacturer- installed front and rear securement brackets. See figure 12. Refer to the Transit Securement System supplement provided with your wheelchair for information on how to use your transit securement system.

WARNING! If your wheelchair is equipped with a transit securement system, the drive wheel height, seatback height, and caster angle should only be adjusted by a Quantum Rehab Provider or a qualified technician.

WARNING! Always use the manufacturer-installed front and rear securement brackets supplied with the transit securement system. Do not modify the transit system securement brackets in any way. Do not modify your wheelchair in any way unless authorized by Pride.
