MODO MANUAL

Su scooter está equipado con una palanca para avanzar en modo manual, lo que permite que otra persona empuje el scooter. Para más información acerca del funcionamiento del modo manual, consulte el capítulo III, “Su Scooter”.

¡ADVERTENCIA! Cuando el scooter está en modo manual, el sistema de frenado permanece inactivo.

Desactive los motores sólo en superficies llanas. Asegúrese de sacar la llave de la cerradura de contacto.

Sitúese a un lado del scooter para activar y desactivar el modo manual. Nunca lo haga sentado en el scooter.

Cuando haya terminado de empujar el scooter, vuelva siempre al modo conducción para bloquear los frenos.

Una característica añadida del scooter es la protección “push-too-fast”, que evita que el scooter tome demasiada velocidad mientras se empuja manualmente.

El funcionamiento de esta protección variará en función de los siguientes casos:

Si está en modo manual y con la llave desconectada, el regulador del scooter activará los frenos de recuperación cuando se empuje el scooter a una velocidad superior al tope máximo programado. En dicho caso, el regulador funciona como un control de velocidad.

Si está en modo manual y con la llave conectada, encontrará bastante resistencia a cualquier velocidad. Así se evita que el scooter se deje llevar por el impulso si accidentalmente activa la palanca manual mientras conduce el scooter.

UTILIZACIÓN DE ESCALERAS Y ESCALERAS ELÉCTRICAS

Los scooters no están pensados para subir o bajar escaleras. Utilice siempre el ascensor.

¡ADVERTENCIA! No utilice su scooter para franquear una escalera.

PUERTAS

Compruebe si la puerta abre hacia usted o en sentido contrario. Gire el pomo o empuje la empuñadura o barra de la puerta.

Conduzca con cuidado hacia delante para empujar y abrir la puerta, o hacia atrás para tirar y abrir.
