Para verificar un fusible:

1. Retire el fusible, extrayéndolo de su ranura.

2. Examine el fusible para comprobar si está fundido (fig. 20 y 21).

3. Coloque un nuevo fusible del tipo y características apropiadas.

¡ADVERTENCIA! El nuevo fusible debe ser del mismo tipo y características que el anterior. Si no utilizara un fusible con exactamente las mismas características, podría dañar el sistema eléctrico.

No consigo cargar mis nuevas baterías Verifique el fusible situado en el paquete de baterías. Cámbielo en caso necesario. Durante el cargado de baterías, si el piloto luminoso nunca llega a indicar una carga completa, verifique el fusible situado en el paquete

de baterías. Cámbielo en caso necesario.

Compruebe que ambos extremos del cable del cargador estén bien conectados (IV, “Baterías y su carga”). Si sigue sin poder cargarlas, póngase en contacto con su proveedor autorizado Pride.

¿Qué hago si mi scooter no se mueve al pulsar la palanca aceleradora?

Cuando la palanca de modo manual está hacia delante, los frenos están desactivados y la energía no llega al conjunto del motor/transeje.

Para volver a un funcionamiento normal, empuje hacia atrás la palanca manual, apague el scooter y luego vuélvalo a encender.

¿Qué hacer si el disyuntor principal salta repetidamente?

Si el disyuntor principal interrumpe la corriente a menudo, consulte a su proveedor autorizado Pride. Cargue las baterías del scooter con más frecuencia. Capítulo IV, “Baterías y su carga”.

Si el problema continúa, pídale a su proveedor autorizado Pride que haga una prueba de carga de ambas baterías.

También puede realizar la prueba usted mismo. Para ello, utilice unos dispositivos de chequeo disponibles en la mayoría de tiendas de automoción y siga las instrucciones del manual correspondiente. Consulte el capítulo IV, “Baterías y su carga” o el “Apendice I - Especificaciones” para conocer el tipo de baterías de su scooter.

El indicador de batería cae en picado y el motor hace extraños ruidos cuando pulso la palanca aceleradora Cargue completamente las baterías del scooter (IV, “Baterías y su carga”).

Pídale a su proveedor Pride que haga una prueba de carga de ambas baterías.

O consulte la pregunta anterior para chequear las baterías usted mismo.
