Selección del tipo de mascarilla

Para asegurarse de que el equipo funcione de la manera deseada con la mascarilla que usted ha elegido, debe seleccionar el tipo de mascarilla que está utilizando.

1Con la pantalla de RAMPA o ADAPTACIÓN en el visor, oprima . (En el modo CPAP, la pantalla de espera muestra la palabra RAMPA. En el modo AutoSet (sólo en el S8 AutoSet II), la pantalla de espera muestra la palabra ADAPTACIÓN.)

2Oprima hasta que aparezca la palabra MASC.

3Oprima para modificar la configuración.

4Oprima o hasta ver la configuración que desee.

5Oprima para aplicar la configuración.

Uso de la función de ajuste de la mascarilla

Puede usar la función de ajuste de la mascarilla de los equipos S8 Serie II para obtener un ajuste adecuado. Esta función suministra presión de aire durante un lapso de tres minutos antes de comenzar el tratamiento, durante los cuales usted puede verificar y corregir el ajuste de la mascarilla a fin de minimizar las fugas.

Nota: Verifique que la configuración de la mascarilla que aparece en la pantalla MASC coincida con la mascarilla que usted está usando.
