Control solution is used instead of blood to tell you that the SURESTEP® Blood Glucose Meter and SURESTEP® Test Strips are working together properly.

Do a control solution test:

Before testing with the SURESTEP Blood Glucose Meter for the first time.

Every time you open a new pack- age of test strips.

Whenever you suspect that the meter or test strips are not working properly.

When your results do not reflect how you feel.

If you drop the meter.
