Error Messages
The meter gives specific error mes- sages when it detects a problem with its internal functions, the test strip, or the testing procedure. However, improper use may cause an inaccurate
result without producing an error message or a symbol. When error mes- sages appear, note the error number, turn off the meter, then resolve the error by following these instructions:
