Troubleshooting
Some of the problems that may arise when using Konftel 50 are described below.
Calls are audible through the telephone headset but not through Konftel 50
1.Is Konftel 50 properly connected? See the page on connecting telephone.
2.Are the LEDs red? If so the mute button is activated. Press in to deactivate.
3.Are the LEDs green? Check the selector switch position on the bottom of the switchbox. The Selector switch position can be set to I or II depending on the system telephone you connect your Konftel 50 to.

For other switch types, first select position I and then position II.
4.Have you added extension cables to the system?
Remove them and reconnect to see if the system is working.
