CHARGE UNIT SETUP

DAY/TIME SETUP

The buttons used for setting the clock, DAY/TIME CHECK, HOUR and MIN, are located in the charge cradle of the Spacemaker®. The clock flashes at initial setup or after a power outage to indicate that it needs to be set. Follow the steps below to set the clock.

NOTE: The first incoming call with Caller ID information will set the hour and minute on the clock if it has NOT been previously set manually, but will not set the day of the week. Please follow the steps below to adjust the day manually.

The day/time display has a 7-day a week and 12-hour format with an AM/PM indicator. All messages recorded by the answering system will be stamped according to this clock.

ADJUST THE DAY OF THE WEEK

1.Press and hold the DAY/TIME CHECK button until you hear the current day of the week set and it flashes in the display.

2.Press and release the DAY/TIME CHECK button to hear the next day and adjust the day one by one,

3.Press and hold the DAY/TIME CHECK button to advance to the desired day, release the button to set.

4.If no key is pressed for 2 seconds, the newly set clock will be announced.

ADJUST THE HOUR

1.Press and hold the HOUR button until you hear the current hour set and it flashes in the display.

2.Press and release the HOUR button to hear the next hour and adjust the hour one by one,

3.Press and hold the HOUR button to advance to the desired hour, release the button to set.

4.If no key is pressed for 2 seconds, the newly set clock will be announced.

ADJUST THE MINUTE

1.Press and hold the MIN button until you hear the current minute set and it flashes in the display.

2.Press and release the MIN button to hear the next minute and adjust the minute one by one,

3.Press and hold the MIN button to advance in 5-minute intervals to the desired minute, release the button to set.

4.If no key is pressed for 2 seconds, the newly set clock will be announced.

CHECK THE CURRENT DAY/TIME

1. Press and release the DAY/TIME CHECK button to hear the current day and time.
