RECEIVING A CALL

1.Press TALK/CALLBACK button and begin speaking.

2.When finished, press TALK/CALLBACK again to hang up.

MAKING A CALL

1.Press TALK/CALLBACK button, when you hear a dial tone, dial a telephone number.

OR

Dial the phone number first, then press the TALK/CALLBACK button.

2. When finished, press the TALK/CALLBACK button again to hang up.

LINE IN USE

When the Spacemaker® speakerphone is ON (in TALK mode), LINE IN USE shows in the display of the handset if it is OFF (not in TALK mode).

3-WAY CONFERENCING

When the Spacemaker® speakerphone is engaged with an external call (LINE IN USE shows in the handset display), press the TALK/call back button on the handset to start the 3-way conference.

NOTE: If the handset is ON, press the speaker button on Spacemaker®. The speakerphone will join the call, too.

CALL TRANSFER

1.While the handset is ON (in TALK mode), press the speaker button on the Charge speakerphone to join the call.

2.Hang up the handset by pressing the TALK/CALLBACK button, or place the handset in the charge cradle.

LAST NUMBER REDIAL

There are three ways to redial the last number you dialed:

1.When the phone is OFF (not in TALK mode), press REDIAL button to display last number dialed, press TALK/CALLBACK to dial.

2.While the phone is ON, press the REDIAL button to immediately redial the last number you dialed (up to 32 digits).

3.If you get a busy signal and want to keep dialing the number, just press REDIAL again (you don’t have to turn the phone off and back on).
