The following table summarizes the battery display indicators.

Item		Meaning

	•	Displays when the telephone base is within reception range.
	•	Flashes when the telephone base is out of range.

	•	Scrolls to indicate battery charging when handset is in the telephone
		base or charger.
	•	Flashes and empty when battery level is low.
	•	Speakerphone is in use.

	•	Displays when there is a new voice mail message. (Available only if
		you have subscribed to voice mail service from your telephone service
		provider)
	•	Displays when the alarm is set.

	•	Energy saving mode is activated.

	•	Displays when the ringer is turned off.

	•	Displays when answering system is on.
	•	Flashes when there are new messages.
