Authorization number and shipping instructions before shipping the product to us. Any shipment without a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. All authorized returned products must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem.
For out of warranty repairs and service, please contact our Customer Service Department for directions. The repair shall be warranted for 90 days.
