3.Press and hold the MUTE button on the base while plugging in the DC connector until the base displays Initialization and then Deregister All Handsets.

4.Press the Yes (SKL) button to deregister all handsets.

NOTE: Press No (SKR) if you do not want to deregister.

5.De-Registration Successful shows in both the handset and base displays, followed by HANDSET NEEDS REGISTRATION and PLEASE PUT HANDSET IN BASE.

6.Place handsets in base to automatically re-register to base OR re-register through the handset using Phone Setting>Registration menus.

NOTE: After power reconnection, the base will retrieve Date/Time set up from handsets, as long as the handsets have remained powered.

7.Press the Store (SKL) button to save the settings. You will hear a confirmation tone.

8.Re-install the backup batteries in the base and then plug the telephone line cord back into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base.

Default Setting

This option allows you to return the handset to factory preset settings. From the Phone Setting menu:

1.Use the or button to scroll to Default Setting.

2.Press the Select (SKL) button to enter the menu.

3.Use the or button to scroll to No or Yes. The default is No.

4.If you select Yes, all the settings in the programmable menu are returned to factory default setting. Press the Select (SKL) button to save your selection. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Sound Setting

There are four programmable menus available: Equalizer, Ring Tone, Ringer Volume and Key Tone.

1.Make sure your handset is OFF (not in talk mode).

2.Press the Menu (SKL) button and use the or button to scroll to Sound Setting.

3.Press the Select (SKL) button to enter the menu.

Equalizer

This feature lets you to adjust the audio quality.

From the Sound Setting menu:

1. Use the or button to scroll to Equalizer.
