To put an outside call on hold while you make an internal call

INT Press the INT button. Your handset internal number is displayed e.g. 1.

If you are in conversation with

an outside caller and want to

transfer the call to another

handset.

Press the number of the internal handset number you wish to call e.g. 2 or press the CALL ALL button to call all handsets.

If calling all handsets, you can talk to the first handset that answers.
