Using the phonebook 19

 

 

 

 

Dial a phonebook entry

 

Quick-search the phonebook

1. Press Names, scroll or to the person you want

If you have many stored entries

you can search the phonebook

View an entry

1.Press Names and scroll or to the entry you want to view and press Options.

2.Scroll to View Entry and press Select to view the contact’s details.

Modify/edit an entry

1.Press Names and scroll or to the entry you want to modify and press Options.

2.Scroll to Modify Entry and press Select.

3.Use the and buttons to move between fields and Clear to delete any incorrect characters or digits. Press Save to store the modified details.

Delete an entry

1.Press Names and scroll or to the entry you want to delete and press Options.

2.Scroll to Delete Entry and press Select.

3.The display shows Delete Entry?. Press Yes to delete the contact or No to return to the previous screen.
