To remotely access your answering system from external line, you need to key in 4-digit security code at the external terminal (default code is 0000).

After entering the remote access mode, press the following keys to carry out your desired function.

1Press once to repeat the current message from the beginning

Press twice to play the previous message

2Play/Stop the current message playback

3Skip forward to the next message

4Toggle Answer Off/Announce Only/ Announce and Record modes

5Delete the message

7Listen to the Main Menu (for Full Voice prompts only)

4.25.10 Setting the remote code

This is used to change the remote access PIN if necessary.

1.Press MENU (Base) and then or to select

ANS. MACHINE.

2.Press MENU (Base) and then or to select

REMOTE CODE.

3.Press MENU (Base) and then enter the 4-digit remote code.

4.Press MENU (Base) to save the setting.
