Para accesorios y software, llame al número de teléfono indicado anteriormente para el producto con el cual se usan. Recibirá instrucciones sobre cómo enviar Productos, Accesorios o Software, a su cargo, a un Centro de Reparación Autorizado de Motorola. Para obtener servicio técnico, debe incluir: (a) una copia de su recibo, factura de venta u otro comprobante de compra similar; (b) una descripción del problema por escrito; (c) el nombre de su proveedor de servicio, si corresponde; (d) el nombre y la ubicación del centro de instalación (si corresponde), (e) su número de teléfono; y lo más importante, su dirección postal en el exterior de la unidad devuelta.
