Increase the loudspeaker volume by one level (1 to 8).

8.2 Delete All Messages

1. Press and hold qon base to erase all read messages (applicable only when messages in answering machine are all read, new message(s) will not be deleted.)

8.3Announcement

This is the message your callers hear on the answering machine. There is only one pre-recorded outgoing messages in Answer and Record mode, and you can record your own.

Press and hold mto start recording the personalized announcement of the current answer mode after hearing a long beep. Release key to stop recording.

8.4Memo

You could record your own message in the base answering machine.

Press and hold rto start recording a memo after hearing a long beep. Release key to stop memo recording.

8.5Set the answer delay

1.Press Pwhen in idle mode to enter the feature menu.

2.Use ,to scroll to >SETUP BS.

3.Press Pand ,to select >ANSWER DELAY.

4.Press Pand ,to select TOLL SAVER, 2 RINGS, 4 RINGS or 6 RINGS.

5.Press Pto save your preference and return to the feature menu.

NOTE

If Toll Saver setting is selected, the answering machine will pick up after two rings if there are new messages and after four rings if there are no messages.
