1 Block Caller ID
(Shortcut: "i", "5", "edit", "y/n", "ok")
When “Block Caller ID” is enabled, the calling number will not appear to the called party, i.e. the other party will not know who is calling.
To select Block Caller ID, press the “i” button and then press “5” for preferences – or scroll down until Preferences is highlighted and press the "select" button, which is the left soft key button. The first option "Block Caller ID No" is highlighted, press the “edit” button, which is the right soft key button.
“Block Caller ID No” is shown on the display, toggle between two options “Yes” and “No”. Press the “y/n” button. This is the right soft key button. The display will change to “Block Caller ID Yes”. This blocks the number. Make the selection and press the “ok” button. This is the left soft key button. The display returns to the “Preferences Menu”. The phone will begin to use the selection immediately.
