Advanced Functions

As soon as you press ENTER , the snom 220 will transfer the held party to that number.

Key mapping:

Moves the cursor to the left.

Moves the cursor to the right.

Deletes the character to the left of the cursor.

Changes input mode to capital letters.

Changes input mode to small letters.

Changes input mode to numbers.

The snom 220 transfers the call.

ENTER

Aborts the transfer.

CANCEL

Consultation Transfer

During a call in progress, put the connected party on hold by pressing

the hold key or .

While the call is on hold, you can establish a second call by dialing the

desired number and pressing ENTER . When the second call is established, you can consult the second party, e.g., to announce the call. You can connect the two parties by pressing the transfer key or the hook on the handset.

Conference

If the phone is connected with two calls, one on hold and one active, you can connect all three phones in a conference by pressing the

function key .
