Ring Delay Time

(Menu 4-5)

 

 

If you activate the ring delay time, your handset will not ring for a specified delay time while other handsets are ringing. If you wish, you can answer the call within the delay time on your handset.

1.In the Standby mode, press the Menu soft key.

2.Press the soft key repeatedly until Ring appears, then press the Select soft key.

3.Press the soft key repeatedly until Ring Delay appears, then press the Select soft key.

4.The ring delay time options are displayed. The current

setting is in bold type. Press the soft key to select the ring delay time.

You can choose from ‘OFF’ to 30 seconds using increments of 5 seconds. Selecting ‘OFF’ deactivates the feature.

5.Press the OK soft key to save the setting.

Call Time Display

If you turn this feature on, the handset automatically times the duration of calls. The handset displays the call duration both during your call and for a few seconds after your call is completed. The feature is preset to ‘ON’.

Note: With this feature on, the handset takes several times to clear down after a call is ended but it clears immediately if it is switched off.

Timing of a call starts after dialling is completed and not when the call is answered.

1.In the Standby mode, press the Menu soft key.

2.Press the soft key repeatedly until Settings appears, then press the Select soft key.

3.Press the soft key repeatedly until Call Time appears, then press the Select soft key. The Call Time options are displayed; OFF or ON.

4.Press the soft key to turn the feature OFF or ON. The selected option is in bold type.

5.Press the OK soft key to save the setting.
