You can change the tone volume and tone duration of a key press. Voicemail or other automated systems may require long or short time lengths to activate different features.

To select a tone volume:

1.Activate the main menu, highlight the Ringers menu, and press .

2.Select Ringer Settings.

3.Select Key Tones.

4.Select Tone Volume.

5.Select Key Tones Off or Level 1-8and press to save and exit.

To select a tone length:

1.Activate the main menu, highlight the Ringers menu, and press .

2.Select Ringer Settings.

3.Select Key Tones.

4.Select Tone Length.

5.Select Short or Long and press to save and exit.
