Use the dial pad and the chart below to enter a name (up to 16 characters). Each press of a particular key causes characters to be displayed in the following order:

When entering characters, press MUTE/REMOVE to backspace. To delete the entire name and number, press and hold MUTE/REMOVE.

To insert a dialing pause when entering a telephone number, press and hold REDIAL/PAUSE for at least three seconds until a p appears on the handset screen.

When you enter a name, the handset will automatically display the first character of each word in uppercase.

Press the up or down NavKey or to move the cursor one space to the left or right.

Press # to enter a space.
