Answering system operation

Message capacity

The answering system can record up to 99 messages, depending on the length of each message. Individual messages can be up to four minutes in length, but the total maximum recording time is approximately 15 minutes. Messages will remain available for replay until they are deleted.

Press to repeat a message or press twice to play back previous messages (see page 31).

Press to delete current message playing. When idle, press and hold to bring up menu to delete all old messages (see page 31).

Press to record a memo or an announcement on the answering system (see page 32).

Press to set the clock (see page 27).

Shows the status and number of messages (see page 34).

Press to skip to the next message (see page 31).

Press to adjust volume during playback (see page 31).

Press to play or stop messages (see page 31).

Press to turn on or off the answering system (see page 27).

Press to play announcement

Press to listen to setup menu
