Telephone operation

Set alarm

This menu allows you to set the alarm time and turn it on or off. To set the alarm:

Step 1:

Press the Menu softkey from the idle screen.

 

Step 2:

Press the

, ,

and/or

NavKeys to choose Date and Time

 

then press the Select softkey or center NavKey/SEL/ .

Step 3:

Press the up or down NavKey

or

to choose Alarm then press

 

the Options softkey.

 

 

 

 

Step 4:

Press the up or down NavKey

or

to choose Set alarm then

 

press the Select softkey or center NavKey/SEL/

. The Set alarm

 

screen will display.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5:

Press the left or right NavKey

or

to choose On for daily

 

alarm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6:

Press the down NavKey

to move to next box to enter the time.

Step 7:

Press the left or right NavKey

or

to move the cursor back and

 

forth inside the box, and use the dial pad to enter the time.

Step 8:

If 12 hour format is chosen in the Set time screen, press the down

 

NavKey

to move to next box to choose AM or PM. Press the left

 

or right NavKey

or to choose between AM or PM.

Step 9:

Press the Apply softkey or center NavKey/SEL/

to confirm. The

 

alarm time will be shown on the Date and Time screen and the

 

alarm icon

will be shown on the idle screen.

 

Step 10: The screen will display Enter valid value! if you have entered incorrect information.

Step 11: Press the Back softkey to return to the previous screen.

When the alarm goes off you can press the STOP softkey. This is a daily alarm so the alarm will continue to go off every day until you disable the alarm.

-OR-

When the alarm goes off you can press the SNOOZE softkey to silence the alarm for 10 minutes. You can snooze as many times as you want until you press the STOP softkey.
