Delete from the call log

To delete one entry:

1.When in the call log, press or to browse.

2.Press MUTE/DELETE to delete the selected entry. The screen displays DELETING... and then you hear a confirmation tone.

To delete all entries:

1.Press MENU/SELECT when the handset is not in use.

2.Press or to select >CALL LOG, then press MENU/SELECT.

3.Press or to select >DEL ALL CALLS, then press MENU/SELECT. The screen shows DELETE ALL CALLS?

4.Press MENU/SELECT to save. The screen shows DELETING... and then you hear a confirmation tone.

Call log display screen messages

Displays:

When:

PRIVATE NAME

The caller is blocking the name information.

 

 

PRIVATE NUMBER

The caller is blocking the telephone number.

 

 

PRIVATE CALLER

The caller is blocking the name and telephone number.

 

 

UNKNOWN NAME

The caller’s name is unavailable.

 

 

UNKNOWN NUMBER

The caller’s telephone number is unavailable.

 

 

UNKNOWN CALLER

No call information is available about this caller.

 

 

LONG DISTANCE

It is a long distance call.
