Call History
The phone keeps a record of each time a call comes in or goes out. Users can access a list of up to 15 missed calls and 5 received calls.
If the user has subscribed to a caller ID service from the local phone company, both landline and Skype calls will be automatically stored. Otherwise only Skype calls will be stored.
If you have more than one handset, each handset has its own call list.
Order of display:
If the caller’s name is available, the first 12 characters will be displayed with the date and time the call came through.
Matching the phone book record:
If the caller’s number matches a phone number stored in the phone book, that phone book name will be displayed instead of the Caller ID name.
Viewing call history:
1.Press the CID key. Press the UP or DOWN keys to select the MISSED or RECEIVED call list. Press the OK key.
2.Press the UP or DOWN keys to browse the call history.
3.Press key to view the number.
While viewing the call history:
If the record is a SKYPE call (i.e. it is a missed / received SKYPE / SKYPEOUT call), an S will be shown. If the record is a new record, a “*” will be shown.
Note: The caller ID will be formatted according to the local area code entered in the AREA CODE menu. If the number is not formatted correctly, Flash / Format button lets you change the format of the displayed number. Long distance code “1” will be added to out of area numbers so that a call can be returned to the number correctly.
The following table describes the available number display formats.
Number of digits | Type | Example |
11 digits | Long Distance
10 digits | Area Code First
