Turning the backlight on and off:

The display and keypad will be lit when the phone is being used.

1.Press the MENU key and select PERSONAL SET. Press the OK key.

2.Select BACKLIT and press the OK key. The current BACKLIT is displayed.

3.Select ON or OFF and then press the OK key to confirm.

Personalize the handset’s sounds:

Users can assign different ring tones for each handset at different volume levels. Users can also select a different ring tone for Skype, landline, and intercom calls.

1.Press the MENU key and select PERSONAL SET. Press the OK key.

2.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

3.Select a line in which to select a ring tone and press the OK key.

4.Select the desired ring tone and press the OK key.

Adjusting the handset volume:

1.Press the MENU key and select PERSONAL SET. Press the OK key.

2.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

3.Select VOLUME and press the OK key.

4.Use the UP or DOWN keys to determine the desired volume and press the OK key.

Turning off the ringer:

Press and hold the key to turn off the ringer. appears to indicate that the ringer is turned off. Ringer does not emit sound to indicate an i ncoming cal l

Turning the key beep on and off:

1.Press the MENU key and select PERSONAL SET. Press the OK key.

2.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

3.Select KEYBEE P and press the OK key. The current setting is displayed.

4.Select ON or OFF. Press the OK key to confirm
