The Vx810 has six general cabling scenarios, depending on what the Vx810 connects to:

1Connection to another VeriFone Terminal

2RS232 Connection using an External Power Brick

3Direct USB Connection

4USB–Download Support using an External Power Brick

5Terminal using a PoweredUSB connection

6Ethernet Connection with External Power Brick

CAUTION Using an incorrectly rated power supply can damage the unit or cause it not to work properly. Use only a power pack with VPN CPS11212-3A-(R) (see Specifications for detailed power supply specifications).
