When viewing the Caller Display records, press UP or DOWN button to find the record you wish to store.

When the record is displayed, press the PHONEBOOK button.

ÖThe display shows the cursor blinking on the first digit of the number.

ÖTo modify the number, press the UP or DOWN button to move the cursor to the number you want to change then input the new one or press the DELETE button to delete.

Press the PHONEBOOK button to confirm.

Input the name. See page 15 for entering letters.

ÖTo modify an existing name, press the UP or DOWN button to move the cursor to the character you want to change then input the new one or press the DELETE button to delete.

Press the PHONEBOOK button again to save the Caller Display record into the Phonebook memory.

When the Caller Display record is displayed;

Press the DELETE button.

ÖThe display prompts DELETE CALL?

Press the DELETE button again to confirm.

Press the EXIT button to return to the standby mode.

When the Caller Display record is displayed.

Press and hold the DELETE button.

ÖThe display prompts DEL ALL CALLS?

Press the DELETE button to confirm.

ÖThe display automatically returns to standby mode.

OR press the EXIT button to cancel and return to the previous menu.
