Answering Machine System continue...

To record 1

After setting the OGM1, briefly press the EXIT/ ON-OFF

button again. You will hear, “Announcement 2.”

Press and hold the OGM button until you hear a ‘beep.’

ÖThe display shows OGM RECORDING and the message counter starts to count.

Start recording your OGM2. Speak directly into the Base unit’s Microphone from a distance of about 15 cms. (6 inches).

As soon as you have finished speaking, press

 

the EXIT/ON-OFF button to stop recording.

ÖThe display shows PLAY OGM, and your recorded message will be played back for your approval.

NOTE: The machine does not record messages with Announcement 2 selected; make sure Announcement 1 is selected if you want callers to leave messages.

To turn 1

Press and hold the EXIT/ON-OFF button to

MESSAGE light will turn off.

 

Note: Once turned OFF, you can still call the

 

machine and it will answer after 15 rings.

To switch between OGMs

Press and release the EXIT/ON-OFF button to switch between OGM1 and OGM2.

ÖThe machine does not record messages with OGM2 (Announcement 2) selected; make sure OGM1 is selected if you want callers to leave messages.
