User Preferences

Auxiliary Ring 1 and 2

The Auxiliary Ring 1 and 2 options are designed to be utilized by OAI applications, enabling you to set a distinctive ring for these applications. Select the desired Auxiliary Ring.

Phone Options

The phone options allow you to set the phone for five separate functions; Noise Mode, Key and Warning Tones, Display Contrast and Keypad Autolock.

Noise Mode

The Noise Mode option enables you to adjust your phone to account for the noise level in your environment. Select from:

Normal: For most office environments.

High: For moderate background noise.

Severe: For extremely noisy conditions.

Note

Unless you are in a loud environment, using High and Severe Noise Modes is not recommended as you may find it difficult to be heard on your phone.

Key Tones

When you press the keypad, Key Tones are played. Key Tones are enabled by default and can be disabled, if required.

Warning Tones

Warning tones are played to alert you to various conditions, such as out of range, system up or down etc. Warning Tones are enabled by default and can be disabled, if required.

Display Contrast

You can adjust the display for different lighting conditions.

To set the contrast , press Up or Down (on the left side of your phone) until the desired contrast is displayed and then press OK. The minimum value is 30 and the maximum value is 83.
