On your On-Air 2000 Executive handset:

Enter the System Code using the keypad.

then, immediately, on your BT On-Air DECTFax Plus:

Press the OK button.

Press the 6 button.

Press the 1 button.

Press the OK button.

After a short delay the handset will display the available handset numbers.

Press the DOWN button to highlight the handset number you want.

Press OK.
