Record your own outgoing message

An Answer & Record message can be up to 2 minutes long. An Answer Only message can be any length depending on the amount of recording memory available.

To re-instate the pre-recorded message just delete your recorded message.

1.On the handset, press MENU scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.

2.Scroll DOWN to OUTGOING MESSAGE and press OK. RECORD MESSAGE is highlighted. Press OK.

3.Use UP or DOWN to select ANSWER & RECORD or

ANSWER ONLY.

4.Press OK. Follow the voice prompt to begin recording after the tone. Press SAVE to stop recording or DELETE to cancel.

5.When you are happy with your outgoing message, press

to return to standby or BACK to go back one step in the menu.

Play outgoing message

1.On the handset, press MENU scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.
