To retrieve a message when your Message light is on

1When your Message light is on, you have at least one message. See your System Manager for retrieving your messages.

Mute	[	✓	]

To turn off the handset microphone so the other party cannot hear you

1While on a call, press [ Mute ]

●Red light next to [ Mute ] goes on

●Other party on call cannot hear your conversation, but you can hear other party, if necessary

To reactivate handset microphone so other party can hear you again

1Press [ Mute ] again

●Red light next to [ Mute ] goes off

●You can resume conversation with other party

Redial

[✓ ]

To redial automatically the last number you dialed from the dial pad

Note: This number can be an extension, outside number, or trunk/feature code. Up to 37 digits can be redialed.

1Pick up handset

2When you hear dial tone, press [ Redial ]

●Last number dialed is automatically redialed
