Connecting the Polycom CX200 Desktop Phone to Your Computer

To connect the Polycom CX200 desktop phone to your computer:

1.Connect the USB cable (attached to the base unit) to a USB 1.1 or 2.0 port on your computer.

1.Speakerphone Key—Allows for hands-free communication during calls.

2.Status Indicator—Indicates Polycom CX200 is on (LED off) or off hook (LED steady) or there is an incoming call (LED flashing).

3.Message Waiting Indicator—Indicates that there are new unheard messages.
