Maintenance

Unplug all cords from the modular wall jack before cleaning. Do not use liquid

cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning.

Service

Unplug the telephone from the modular wall jack and refer servicing to qualified service personnel when any of these conditions exist:

If liquid has been spilled into the telephone equipment.

If the telephone equipment has been exposed to rain or water.

If the equipment does not operate according to operating instructions. Adjust only those controls described in the operating instructions.

Do not attempt to adjust any other controls since doing so may result in damage to the equipment and will require extensive work by a qualified technician to restore the telephone equipment to normal operation.

If the telephone equipment has been dropped or the housing has been damaged.

If you note a distinct change in the performance of the equipment.

If you need more help, please contact your Polycom representative or authorized dealer.
