NOTE: This menu is used to store autodial numbers. To assign a key that dials a specific autodial number, see page 27. To use stored autodial numbers with an
Store autodial numbers as follows:
1.All phone keys (including autodial or redial keys) must be OFF.
2.When you select AUTODIAL, the call waiting window will display DIAL NUM.
3.If your phone system requires you to enter a digit to request an outside line, enter that digit first. Some phone systems may also require a brief pause after the request for an outside line. If this is the case, enter *99 after the first digit to create a pause.
4.Finish dialing the telephone number.
5.When finished dialing, tap the SELECT control. The call waiting window will then display TAP
6.Tap a single key (0 through 9) to assign the telephone number to autodial number 0 through 9.
7.After an autodial number has been assigned, the call waiting window will again display DIAL NUM.
8.Repeat steps 3 through 6 to store additional autodial numbers.
9.Press and hold the SELECT control for two seconds to return to the
