Paging/Intercom

Intercom between the Handset(s) and the Base Unit

A 2-way intercom is available between one of the handsets and base unit when another handset is not having an outside call.

The base unit user can page the handset users individually or at one time.

Paging all the handsets from the base unit (All paging)

The base unit user can talk with the handset user who answered the page first.

1Base unit:

Press .

All handsets will ring for 1 minute.

To stop paging, press or wait for 60 seconds.

2One of the handsets:

Press or .

3Base unit:

Talk into the MIC.

4The handset who answered first or Base unit:

To end the intercom, press on the handset.

OR

Press or on the base unit.

Paging a handset from the base unit (Individual paging)

The base unit user can page one of the handsets by selecting the handset number. You can confirm the handset number by performing “Selecting the Standby Mode Display” (p. 64).

1Base unit:

Press and enter the handset

number which you want to page, then

press .

The handset rings for 1 minute.

To stop paging, press or wait for 60 seconds.

Press , or I N T to answer.

3Base unit:

Talk into the MIC.
