Problem

Remedy

The paged handset does not answer.

•The handset is not in the same radio area.

•The handset is engaged in an outside call.

•The handset has been canceled or has not been registered. Register the handset in the base unit (p. 59).

•You must finish registration within 1 minute after the ringer tone sounds, or programming will be canceled (p. 59).

The battery strength is not displayed			•	Check that the battery type selection is correct
