Hot Key Dial

The dialling buttons (1–9) function as one-touch dials. You can assign up to 9 phone numbers from the phonebook items into dialling buttons as hot key dials.

Make sure that the power is ON (p. 13) and the unit is in the standby mode.

Storing phonebook items as hot key dials

1 Press to enter the phonebook.

The first item is displayed.

2Press or until the desired item

is displayed, and press .

3Press or until “Reg. To Hot

Key” is displayed, and press .

If already stored an item, “ ” will be displayed on the left of the hot key number.

4Press or to select a hot key

number, then press .

5Press or until “Save” is displayed.

OR

If the hot key number with “ ” is

selected, press or until “Overwrite” is displayed.

A beep sounds and “Saved” is displayed. The display will return to the phonebook.

You can continue storing other items.

To return to the standby mode, press
