Selecting first handset

One handset will ring first, then all other handsets will ring if the first handset is not answered. You can choose which handset will ring first and the ring count (1 to 6) until all of the handsets ring. The factory preset is 3 rings.

1Follow steps 1 to 4 on page 62.

2Press 3 .

The current registered handset number(s) is/are displayed.

3Enter the handset number you want to ring.

The selected handset number flashes. Ex. Handset 2 is selected.

The handset number is stored.

The current ring count is displayed.

5Press a dialling button 1 to 6 to select the ring count.

6Press .

A beep sounds.

To return to the standby mode, press

Even if you select “Specified handset(s)” or “First handset”, calls can also be received on the handsets which do not ring.

Selecting all handsets

When a call is received, all handsets will ring at the same time.
