Call Prohibition

You can prohibit anyone from making a call with your handset except for emergency calls. Incoming calls are accepted. To use this feature, turn on the call prohibition mode by programming. The factory preset is OFF.

Make sure that the power is ON (p. 13) and the unit is in the standby mode.

2Press or until the arrow points

to “Setting Handset”, then press

.

3Press or until the arrow points

to “Call Option”, then press .

4While “Call Bar” is at the arrow,

press .

Enter H/set PIN 1234567890 :----

5Enter the 4-digit handset PIN (p. 55).

The current mode is displayed.

6Press or to select “ON”.

7Press .

A beep sounds and “ ” is displayed.

8Press to return to the standby mode.

The call prohibition mode is now in effect.

To turn OFF the call prohibition mode

Press or to select “OFF” in step 6.

After returning to the standby mode, will go out.
