•During a call, don’t press end or the call will disconnect.

•Once the Caller ID data has been deleted, the information cannot be retrieved

To view the Caller ID messages with alphabetical search, press the number key pad (2-9and 0) with the letter associated with the first letter of the desired message.

Once you view the Caller ID list with alphabetical search, you cannot switch back to historical order unless you exit and re-enter the operation.

3)To finish the viewing operation:

From Handset- Press end (or cid during a call). From Base -Press cid/exit or the BACK soft key.

Deleting Information from the Caller ID List
