Using AC Adaptor

Connect to a power outlet with the supplied AC supplied and power cord.

2 Plug the AC adaptor plug into this unit’s DC IN terminal.

3 Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.

Plug in the power cord to the AC adaptor.

Note:

Please make sure to insert the plug of each cord securely.

This is not a malfunction

DO NOT CONNECT THIS UNIT TO THE POWER USING ANY DEVICE OTHER THAN THE SUPPLIED AC ADAPTOR OR POWER CORD. THIS COULD CAUSE FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, OR DAMAGE.

DO NOT USE WITH A VOLTAGE OTHER THAN THE POWER VOLTAGE DISPLAYED. THIS COULD CAUSE FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, OR DAMAGE.

DO NOT USE THIS WITH THE AC ADAPTOR COVERED WITH CLOTH, ETC., OR PRESSED INTO A NARROW AREA. THIS RESULTS IN POOR DISSIPATION OF HEAT AND MAY CAUSE FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, OR DAMAGE.

WHEN YOU DON’T USE THIS UNIT FOR A LONG TIME, SUCH WHEN AWAY ON A TRIP, IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE PLUG FROM THE AC OUTLET.

DO NOT PLUG/UNPLUG THE PLUG WHEN YOUR HANDS ARE WET. THIS MAY CAUSE ELECTRICAL SHOCK.

During use the AC adaptor becomes warm, however, this is not a malfunction.

CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT USE THIS POLARIZED PLUG WITH AN EXTENSION CORD, RECEPTACLE OR OTHER OUTLET UNLESS THE BLADES CAN BE FULLY INSERTED TO PREVENT BLADE EXPOSURE.

If you need to replace the supplied AC adaptor or power coad, the specified one is requested. In this case, please contact a Sanyo Authorized Service Station.
