MP3 files recorded from music CDs can be transferred to up to 3 MM-RX400 players.

WMA files recorded from music CDs can be transferred to an unlimited number of MM-RX400 players. However, future changes in the file format due to changes in specifications or because of copyright protection measures may lead to some restrictions on transferring and therefore on playing back WMA files on the MM- RX400 player. For detailed information, refer to http://www.aiwa.co.jp/mm/rx400/.

For a music file that is obtained from a content provider via the Internet, the number of MM-RX400 players to which you can transfer the music file depends on the information written in the file by the content provider.

As long as the same player is used, you can transfer the music files to more than one MultiMediaCard as many times as you like. However, note that in order to play a music file transferred to the MultiMediaCard, the player unit must be the same one that was used to transfer the music file.

A music file transferred to the player cannot be restored to your computer.

Tip

For specific restrictions on transferring music files to the MM-RX400 player, click on the “Advanced” button, which you can find in the Copy to Devices window.
