Poor reception

The range is dependent on environment and terrain.

The range of your BT Freeway Pro Twin radios can be impaired when there is no clear sight between the radios. For example, buildings and thick stone walls can severely affect the range.

Interference from other users

Change your channel or sub-channel. See pages 10-11.

Headset not operating

Make sure you plug your headset in before switching your radio on.
