Troubleshooting

Trouble

Sander will not start.

Motor stalls easily.

Abrasive disc separates from aluminum disc.

Abrasive belt will not track correctly.

Abrasive belt slips or stalls when pressure is applied.

Frequent replacement of abrasive belt or disc.

Probable Cause

Remedy

 

 

Not connected to power source.

Connect to power source.

 

 

 

Determine reason for blown fuse/
