were asked by some major boat builders to reduce the foot print off 2 chargers, so we came up with an aluminium A frame which is used to mount 2 units on to it in such a way that the combined footprint is about the same as one unit. So in a nut shell the A frame is not required unless the footprint is a issue.

Power Balancing
The 2 chargers together will work ok with each other, but on low power one of them will always do a bit more work than the other. This can be balanced if required, the Dual charger balancing unit connects to each unit and ensures that each unit contributes to within 15% of each other.
