1.Remove and lock out power from the compressor. Release any air pressure from the air tank.

Adjusting Belt Tension
1.Remove and lock out power from the compressor. Release any air pressure from the air tank.
2.Loosen the four screws from the beltguard. Remove beltguard.
3.Remove belt.
4.Loosen motor mounting bolts and slide motor to achieve correct belt tension.

6.Check for proper tension by applying three pounds of pressure midway between the motor pulley and the beltwheel. The belt is properly tensioned when it deflects approximately 1/4" at this point.
7.Ensure beltwheel and motor pulley are aligned.
8.Replace beltguard.
Pressure Switch - Replacement

Motor Overload Protector - Reset
