About Your New Disc Sander

Your new SHOP FOX® Disc Sander has been specially designed to provide many years of trouble-free service. Close attention to detail, ruggedly built parts and a rigid quality control program assure safe and reliable operation.

The Model W1708 is a very versatile and easy to use disc sander. This machine can perform a wide variety of sanding operations. This disc sander features a 1 HP motor, a tilting cast iron table, a miter gauge, a built in 2" dust port, and a 12" sanding disc.
